Happy 4th of July!

This summer has by far been the best summer in a long time!!! You know that saying, "Its the small things that matter most!" or something like that. Well that has held true this summer. It has been our small trips and small gatherings that has reminded us of how blessed we are. So let's see we've done the beach, the river, Fredericksburg and now we have our 4th of July gathering on the "cove!" We got together with family and friends and celebrated the 4th in style.Thanks Denise for hosting us.

Couples Retreat

David and I have been blessed with such great friends! A few years ago we decided to go set up an "Adult" trip. No kids! So we headed to the beach and had such a blast. So last year we decided to do it again and decided that we must do it EVERY year! This year we gave our getaway a name..."Couples Retreat!." We've done the beach twice, so this year we wanted to change it up and we headed to Fredricksburg. Our friend Jai found a GREAT house for us to stay in.

 We headed to Enchanted Rock the first day and climbed all the way to the top!

There is never a dull moment when we all get together. I can't wait to see what next year has in store for us. Cabo maybe??? :)

Once We Were Six.....

And now we're 17!!!!

We had our Annual Garner Family Reunion last month and what a blast we had. This year we lived it up and stayed at the Frio Acres Lodge. What a beautiful house it was! A place all to ourselves and a place that would actually fit us ALL! Most of my friends always say, "I don't think I could ever go camping!" "I wouldn't even know what to do!" Well here's a little peak of what exactly we do on these camping trips....(minus the tents-LOL)

But the BEST part is the time we spend together and the new memories we make. It doesn't get much better than that! :)
